Maybe the best place I’ve lived! Residents are awesome, super dog friendly, parking, pool, rooftop, on-site management and maintenance (who respond quickly and are great). Management/staff are friendly and though I haven’t had many requests and/or problems (which is a good thing), from what other residents have told me follow-through isn’t an issue. And anything going on with the building it’s more than communicated. There’s been some elevator issues, but there are 3, so if I had a compliant ...
about the building that’d be it. But that’s really looking for something. Location and things to do speak for themselves, so if there’s anything it’d be price - but for now it’s worth it. I’m approaching my 2nd renewal and barring it being realistically priced I have no intention of moving. No building is perfect, but given the area i feel comfortable saying it’s definitely one of the better ones.

A bit difficult to maneuver a move in/out. I also wish that upon move in there was more time spent reviewing the various apps and portals needed for living here, it felt very “figure it out”. That being said the leasing office staff are very nice which is refreshing. Overall the unit itself is nice and all appliances seem to function. Very busy in terms of resident traffic - ran into more of my neighbors on day one than a whole year at my previous apartment.

The staff is always on top of things and I always feel like they're keeping us updated with everything. I like living here a lot and the amenities are nice. Gym is small but if you find the right time you're golden.

I have lived here for a few years, and it has been a very positive experience, but there needs to be an upgrade to the older central heating system now that is too hot in the warmer winter days. Everything else is modern amenities and works very nice. The management and staff here are very accommodating and friendly. The view is amazing from the top because the location is prime in Lakeview. All in all, I enjoy living here.
