So Much Care
February 1, 2023The management team really cares about the property and the residents. They built us a new grilling area and a firepit. I have seen inside some of the older apartments and mine is definitely upgraded from the way those look. They chose great colors and a very at home feel for the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

March 4, 2022On move in the walls had been touched up and everything in the apartment was clean and fresh. With all of the trees surrounding the property the noise is minimal and it's small enough that I can always find a parking space. March 4, 2022The property has come a long way since we got new maintenance and management. They do a great job at being there when you need them. The value of the apartments themselves are pretty good and the location is great with CFA being super close and other great places. A hidden gem in carrollton for sure. SUCKS!!
January 9, 2019We’ve been living in this community for 4 years. It was a great place to live when the Denney brothers owned the complex. Last year the owners sold to a new company and it sucks living here now. She forced everyone sign a lease and pay for water. Everything she is promising in the advertisement is a lie. They have not upgraded the apartments yet they jacked up the rent. The property manager is never here and I wouldn’t let the maintenance man into my apartment during the day (he looks shady). ...Don’t waste your time moving out here!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Ab-so-lut-ely satified
July 25, 2015I have been here three(3) years. The management (including the maintenance worker) are very, friendly. The rent is very reasonable, including the free cable TV. I have not seen nor heard of any auto or apartment break-ins. Just a very respectable place.Review from Apartments.com
