December 5, 2025Just moved in 5 days ago. The application process was seamless and quick. We have been helped every step of the way from the leasing office. Our first week at Wayfern has been absolutely amazing. Parking is not too far and the amenities are great. The community is not crowded yet but will soon fill up. I am excited about our lease terms and the whole community. My wife and I are thrilled about this property and the employees have been so helpful every step of the way. Will update this review ...after 3-6 months. I do not anticipate any changes with this fairly new community that just opened September 2025. Excited to meet new neighbors. September 30, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, safe, and well-kept, and the grounds are always maintained beautifully. My apartment itself has a modern layout with plenty of natural light, and any time I’ve needed maintenance, the team has been quick, professional, and friendly. The office staff is approachable and helpful—they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. I also appreciate the convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access ...to main roads, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. August 26, 2025Beautiful new and modern apartment complex. Beautiful social area with large screen TV, plenty of seating and booths, including plenty of comfortable seating. It also has a pool table, and other games. You can rent out the social room for events. It also has a pool with plenty of lounge chairs, other comfortable seating areas, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There is also a gym, that also contains private areas for using Peleton. The security in the buildings, mail rooms, and parking garage is very ...tight, so you can feel very safe and secure. Finally, it is extremely quiet. I have been here for a month, and have not heard one bit of noise from people on each side of me or below me. August 23, 2025The first time I accidentally drove by the community and turned around for a closer look, I fell in love with the exterior appearance and decided to go inside. Azzaria was so pleasant and understanding of mine and my daughter’s needs. After viewing a few units, I promised to return and a year later here we are! The community is clean, quiet, refreshing and the neighbors I’ve met so far are kind and respectful of the community. Maintenance has been prompt and thorough, Azzaria and Justin have ...been just AMAZING and so helpful!! We love living at Wayfern!Property Manager Responded
