Everything looks good except that there has been several nights that my sleep has been disturbed due to the noise of upstairs walking which sounds very loud in my bedroom. This happens especially between 1:00 am to 3:00 am. As a result, I feel sleepy everyday at work. I think this is crucial, because if I cannot sleep comfortably in the apartment I have rented, then what’s the point of living in it? To whoever is running this property, fix the Luxor locker system! It’s one tiny room with no lockers climbing over huge boxes and furniture to find our packages, it’s insanity! You have a whole business building you can make this easier on the residents, we can put leave at our door but the carriers don’t listen and the leasing office can’t do anything! This is so stressful and dangerous!!! Fix this

Just moved in 5 days ago. The application process was seamless and quick. We have been helped every step of the way from the leasing office. Our first week at Wayfern has been absolutely amazing. Parking is not too far and the amenities are great. The community is not crowded yet but will soon fill up. I am excited about our lease terms and the whole community. My wife and I are thrilled about this property and the employees have been so helpful every step of the way. Will update this review ...
