September 28, 2025"I have been a happy resident of Waynedale Village Apartments since November 2017, and it has become the longest place I've ever lived. It's a testament to how truly comfortable and well-managed this community is, and it's an exceptional place for a person on the spectrum. For me, consistency and a sensory-friendly environment are crucial, and this complex excels in both areas. The management is incredibly reliable and professional, which creates a much-appreciated sense of stability. Any time ...I've needed maintenance, the staff has been prompt and efficient, ensuring routines aren't disrupted. The property is always clean and well-maintained, contributing to a calm and predictable atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the lack of carpet in the units. The hard-surface flooring is not only cleaner for managing my allergies, but it also creates a low-sensory environment by eliminating potential tactile irritants and reducing dust. It's a small detail that makes a major difference in my day-to-day comfort. Additionally, as a pet owner, the pet-friendly policy is fantastic. It has allowed me to live happily with my pets for nearly eight years, and the community is generally very welcoming to animals. Best bang for your buck!
February 6, 2019My favorite thing about this complex is that you can TEXT the management office! Even after hours, there is an on-call staff member, Debra, that answers questions or will leave notes for the management office to respond to questions the next day. Also, you can pay rent online. Super convenient. I really like the location. There aren't a ton of amenities, but I think that is why the price is so reasonable. I'd rather pay a reasonable rate than pay for a gym with 4 treadmills that I'd never use!Review from Apartments.com
