September 20, 2023I love the area, you can walk to target, the movies, a few restaurants, etc. office is pretty nice and if it's a serious maintenance thing they get to it right away. I will say they seem to take care of the office side of the apartments much better than the Yale side. Other than that we've been pretty happy here.Review from Apartments.com

July 9, 2021The people in the office are not responsive. Talked to someone in the office and told them I was coming up and they were gone before I could get there. They allow tenants to have their cats in the hallways. Complained about someone's cat running into my apartment and office did nothing.Review from Apartments.com

October 10, 2015I love my apartment because its spacious, gated and only two floors. I live in the area where everything you could think of is close to get too, restaraunts, malls, and movie theater. I can actually get away with not having a car, places are so close. Maintenance is always prompt when I need them. The only thing my complex could do better on is the washer and dryer, there is only one each and they dont clean or dry well. Other than that, I love it!!!! Been living there for almost two years now.Review from Apartments.com
