I’ve been living in this apartment complex for 14 years, and it has undergone significant changes. The rent increases are outrageous, and they refuse to address necessary repairs. My dishwasher is burnt and outdated, and they won’t replace it. My sink is broken, and they won’t fix it either. My porch is currently falling apart, and they promised to give me a new one, but they only renovated the front of the complex and half of the back.

lie. The walk-up and drive-up gates are always broken, either stuck or non-functional. We don’t have locks on our doors, so anyone can easily enter the basement, which doesn’t have a working lock. We had someone living in our basement with furniture and belongings, and people broke into our storage units to steal our stuff. The basement also floods during heavy rains, causing damage to our clothes. They don’t care about this.
Last summer, during the extreme heat, they took two days to fix the air conditioning. When we experienced extreme cold weather and a snowstorm, we called the office and sent me straight to voicemail.
Furthermore, they don’t bother to shovel the snow, salt sidewalks, and driveways. This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!
