0/10. Absolutely the WORST place to live. The property management does not care about anything except taking your money. huge scam. do not recommend to anymore. My car was broken into and my door has been tampered with late at night on different occasions. The property manager is a JOKE. The front desk is absolutely useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have a list of reasons not rent here. I moved into a dirty unit. I was charged a $200 fine with no email/letter/notice. The manager has yet to talk ...
to me after several emails and calls. I have even sat up front for several hours asking to speak to a manager. This place is a scam!!!!! They are not willing to help when you bring them issues. I emailed over the course of a year for a refund on damage I did not do. Now I have moved out and have received half of my deposit due to a fine I was never notified about. Not to mention when I have filed several police reports on things that have happened, the complex did nothing to help me. They did nothing to insure my safety, especially the cameras never worked. About 15 cars were broken into including mine, yet nothing was found because the Cameras and down. Oh and yet again, I never heard back from a manager regarding this. I got a email from the front desk explaining the apartment does not look over the residents safety or personally property. This was very concerning because I have filed several police reports due to violations and violent incidents on property that have damaged/affected my safety.
I moved into a unit that had ants in my bedroom carpet and beetles in the bathroom. The property could care less that people are moving into dirty units. They take their poor sweet time to “get back with you” because nothing is ever resolved.
I highly do not recommend. I will continue to let every person I know that this place is terrible. The list goes on and on. I will be happy to share my experiences with anyone who is asking about this place.

This place may look decent on the outside but when you stay here, you will find that’s it’s filled degenerates who absolutely trash the place. From people leaving condom wrappers on stairwells to people blaring music until 5:00am, this place is ruined by tenants that stay here. They do absolutely no background checks on their tenants so there’s a good chance your roommates gonna ruin your stay

I lived here will my roomate and an APPROVED SERVICE ANIMAL. The woman manager was rude everytime I spoke to her and seemed completely disinterested in helping. When we moved in, our dryer held water. We out in several maintenance requests before it was fixed and when asking the manager about it, she told us that we shouldn't put clothes that are wet in the dryer and that's why it was holding water. There was mold growing around the vents in the ceiling. The manager told us it was from burning ...

When I mentioned that maintenance had to be careful when entering the apartment be because of my service animal, she remarked that it'd be a shame if they ever accidentally let her out. When we moved out, we were told we would not be getting our deposits because of "animal damages." When I explained that my animal did not cause these damages, I was told that the charge would be changed to something else instead of animal damages so we'd still have to pay it. I sent them pictures of the "damaged areas" in question from when we moved out and the pictures showed no damages. The manager was rude everytime we talked to her or had a problem. They did not care when Ida hit and displaced many of the residents. They only worried about getting paid. The internet didn't work most of the time and the lights would randomly go out for hours at a time. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Great amenities and a safe, clean place to rent. Rented apartments for my son and daughter for 2 years. We had no issues with management, they responded quickly to any minor concerns over the years and resolved the issues without hesitation. We paid on time, parked in designated spaces, didn't bring in pets etc. Most reviewers are angry bc they didn't follow their lease agreement! Overall it is a great place to live!

Hurricane Ida has taken my family home from me, and I’m currently residing in Houston because of this. I lost my job due to the building getting damaged. And the only word we ever received from the Grande is how “amazing” they are because the apartment have such “cool” draining systems.
