March 25, 2026Though I haves enjoyed living here for several years, recently I have noticed a decline in the daily management of the community. Communication has dwindled with no acknowledgement or response to emails, maintenance requests go unanswered with no information in the resident portal, pet excrement throughout the grounds, and increase or inaccurate bills for water services with no explanation. Our prior property manager stayed on top of all of these issues. She frequently communicated with tenants, ...even if to say, I received your email and will touch base when I have more information. She knew every tenants name and face. She would provide guidance to us if we had an issue that warranted resolution or escalation. Though I understand how transition of management could cause some things to go missed as everyone adjusts to new roles, it is unacceptable for some tenants to pay nearly $4000 per month to feel dismissed by the lack of basic amenities like maintenance or upkeep of the community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 21, 2025Our property manager is great! She knows everyone that lives in the community, is always responsive, and conducts herself with the utmost professionalism. I think that it would be beneficial to have 24 hour maintenance for emergencies. It would also be helpful to have elevators. There is ample property to have a dedicated, fenced in dog run. It would also be nice to have a community room, gym, grilling area, and/or pool. The apartments are nicely equipped. June 1, 2025My husband and I moved here four years ago to be close to our kids and grandkids. Love the granite countertops, gas stove, balcony, in unit full sized washer and dryer, and large master bedroom with two lit, double closets! Have enjoyed the playground with my grandkids and my friendly, caring, neighbors. Catherine and Raul have taken great care of anything I need.
