Property is wonderful
February 5, 2021I just signed my new lease and now I am in my 7th year here. That says a lot! Maintenance is awesome and fast (not had but a handful of minor issues in 7 years). The staff is very friendly. Best place in my 12+ renting years by far.Property Manager Responded

EL PEOR APARTAMENTO DE TODOS
February 4, 2020Los espacios son muy reducidos, no tienen ningún espacio de recreación diferente al minúsculo gimnasio con un máximo de tres viejas maquinas, el precio de estos apartamentos es estúpidamente alto, cada vez que renuevas tu contrato te suben el precio de el alquiler, sin hacer ninguna mejora del mismo, la atención en la administración en mi caso fue muy mala, no me regresaron mi deposito, por escusas que ellos mismos se inventaban, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SERVICIO. Very expensive
April 3, 2019I pay way too much for an average 2 bedroom. The kitchen is so small. The electric is through Owen Electric which you end up paying more than the amount you should with them. I’ve had nothing but trouble with Owen and I wish I could have Duke. For how much everything is a month after rent, water & electric, you would be better off living somewhere else that’s a lot nicer with a pool and other amenities. Not to mention the walls are so thin that you can hear every noise any neighbor makes, ive ...complained and called the cops on my neighbors behavior more than a couple times and the leasing office told me that I should be the quiet one. SMH. I am counting down the months till I can move out. This place is just ridiculous! The maintenance here does everything half way and dosent give you any notice when they are coming in to your apartment.Property Manager Responded
April 11, 2019Hi Katie! We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your electric provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to change that for you, as we do not select the provider for our community. We feel our community is priced lower than other communities that have more amenities providing a great value for residents who don't want or need the added cost for a lot of amenities. As far as the noise complaints go, we do take those seriously and address them appropriately...sometimes suggesting that neighbors who find they are incompatible as friends simply be civil to one another instead. We would certainly never tell someone to "be quiet" and apologize if you felt offended. It wasn't our intent. If you have called in a maintenance request, that authorizes our service team to enter your apartment to complete the repair unless you have made alternate arrangements with our office. Of course, they always knock and announce themselves before entering. If you've received service that is not to your ...satisfaction, please let us know so we can make it right!

Overpriced
July 25, 2017Weaver farm is overpriced for your average 2 bedroom. The kitchen is so small. The electric is through a certain company in which you pay double the amount it should be. For a grand a month after rent, water & electric you can live some place nicer. You hear every noise your neighbor makes, there's too much diversity for comfort. The only plus to this place is the fact that it's close to everything. I am counting down the months to moving out.Property Manager Responded
July 28, 2017I'm sorry that you are not happy with some things here at Weaver Farm. I'll start by saying that we accept every applicant who passes a credit and background check, in accordance with fair housing laws. We are very proud of the diversity of our community. Weaver Farm's electric is via Owen Electric which is less expensive than Duke and they provide great customer service, as they are a co-op. If you have noisy neighbors we ask that you report them to us and we will speak with them. Report every noise violation so we can keep record of it. This will help us to escalate the repercussions of not following the community rules. We are very careful to make sure our pricing is competitive with those communities nearby that offer similar amenities. Again, I am sorry you are not happy here. Please come to the office or give us a call so we can discuss these and any other concerns you may have in more depth. Thank you.

December 29, 2015My children and I have lived here almost a year now and like it a lot. Staff and maintenance are super nice and efficient .the only down fall over all is no play ground or pool .
