Great location quiet building
February 13, 2021This building is awesome. The location is perfect I can see the park from my apartment and it’s across from Target. There’s a nice gym on the roof that’s never busy and the sun deck is cool in the summer. No there isn’t a doorman or pool but it’s way better priced than Lincoln Commons and my unit is bigger than the ones I saw there. I prefer a quiet building anyway. Non-Existent Management
September 3, 2020The high rent you pay for this building does not equal the lack of service and lack of amenities. Go to the new twin tower apartments down the street at Lincoln Commons. Webster Apartments has ZERO apartment maintenance for this building. Good luck having Nancy the Manager return a call. The security guard sits in his car in front of the building smoking. Beware, the security guard leaves at 1am, the local bars when not in COVID times closes at 4am. In non-COVID times, there are fights, broken ...beer bottles and police called every night Thursday-Sunday after 1:00am. Expect to be woken up every night Thursday-Sunday between 2am-4am by drunk and disorderly drinkers leaving the bars on Lincoln. The windows do not open more then 2 inches. And make sure you know people from the streets can see into your windows at night. There is something weird with how you are charged for electricity, everyone in building no matter size of the apartment has approximately the same bill each month. The washers are tiny, only 2 towels can fit in them and do not fill up with water. The common areas are suppose to have free wi-fi, but that is never working. The business center is a desks with a printer that does not work because there is no wi-fi and the internet cable also does not work. The workout room is on the top floor, the connect from the exercise machine and the tvs also has poor to no audio connection. (Bring your own music.) Horrible management
November 27, 2019Pros: locations, spacious apartments, great view from roofdeck Cons: almost everything else. The management here is almost nonexistent, which is really absurd for the prices. There is no doorman. There is a "security guard" who comes from 5-1am (not exactly sure why they think 1am is an acceptable stop time?) who sometimes is at the front but usually is off "monitoring" the rest of the apartments. There are tons of children and young women in the building and it is crazy to me that they don't ...have at least two security staff, ideally full time or at the very least 4pm-6am. Package management: also non exist. There is one room where everyone's packages go and anyone can get in there. Which means, of course, that stuff is taken all the time. I've probably had at least 10 packages stolen. The management company couldn't care less - they don't pick up the phone or return calls. I was so excited about this apartment building but I will never rent here again once our lease is up (we got here in September) and I'll certainly never rent anywhere that is connected to RBI Sandz.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
