The building is always clean, I am always able to reach management when I need to or I hear back in a timely manner, it’s quiet here and management is on top of things like noise, or unauthorized people in the pool, grilling area, etc. Maintenance requests, of which there are few, are addressed with results quickly. Highly recommend Wedgewood!!

The utility’s and amenities work great, beautiful entrance, medium sized gym. The only concern is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear other people while in your unit.

So far I haven’t found anything not to like about this place, the manager is so kind and was understanding in my requests first moving in since I drove half the country to get here. The apartment itself feels very well maintained and is peaceful which helps me get into a nice full nights rest. Overall for my first apartment in Minnesota I love it, it’s been so great and I feel comfortable.
