Not impressed w management
June 20, 2022I was so excited for this property but it was near impossible to get ahold of the management. I called several times at different times of day and days of the week and they never once answered the phone and only once did they reach out after I left a message. Not impressed especially because of how attentive other leasing companies are to their tenants.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
May 13, 2022This apartment was #1 on our list, due to price, location, and other factors. I still think it LOOKS like a nice place. However, our attempts to speak with the management or book a tour went unfulfilled. Both my roommate and I attempted calling at different times on different days and only once got ahold of anyone. Calls were not returned. Emails were returned about once out of every 4 attempts, and the responses were short and came off as annoyed or unwanted. When I would re-ask a question or ...ask a clarifying question back, I did not get a response. I even stopped by the place on 3 occasions (different times on weekdays) to see if I could speak with an actual person and the door to the front office was always locked. In the meantime, property management at other places on our list continued to check in, follow up, and provide instructions or offer assistance. I am disappointed we never got to learn more about this property or take a tour. However, part of me is relieved we signed on elsewhere, if management at Huntington Village Apartments is this difficult to reach, as this would all be even more frustrating as a tenant.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2022This is a secure property and ALL the buildings are locked, even the leasing office. No appointment was made to see me and your requests to tour a unit were unfulfilled as we can not tour a unit that has not given notice. Our units are almost immediately rented as soon as notice is given. We work off our waitlist first and once that is exhausted, then we go to other lead avenues. Once a tenant, they have access to the clubhouse at all times and stop by frequently just to chat!
