April 2, 2025I’m in a wheelchair and I cannot Open the doors to come through to come outside, unless I have someone with me at all times. When I first moved here in April, I had a occupational therapist that did a survey of the building, and to possibly three times that letter that she wrote about the accessibility issue was sent to the office to the manager. March 30, 2025I was super excited when I moved here, but things have changed quite a bit. Trash is not picked up consistently. Parking has gone up with a tax added. I’m being charged for Fetch which I never used in tge 2 years I’ve lived here. It’s taking a toll on my finances.Review from Apartments.com

February 24, 2025Honestly… The apartment itself is stunning but the leasing office is all but nonexistent. They lock you out unless you have an appointment (which includes being locked out of the entertainment space that should be open to residents), they aren’t responsive, and they are very hands off. So if you have a question about why the trash room hasn’t been emptied in a month and the garbage is flowing out of the room… you need an appointment to ask in person. I wasn’t even shown the mail room during my ...tour and I’d need an appointment to come ask someone to show me. I knocked on the door and rang the bell but no one came to answer so I searched myself. The maintenance people are the only redeeming quality of the staff here. Those guys are lovely and truly carry the team here- because, seriously, the leasing office didn’t even have my mailbox key ready for me WEEKS after my move in date.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 24, 2025Not having security and paying for parking is still an issue for me. A lot of issues that go on can be alleviated if we have security that takes their jobs seriously. It is ridiculous that we continue to pay for parking and the arms are up or broken which let's non residents think it is ok to park in the garage and park in places that are obviously not parking spots. As a result, people get blocked in. What if someone has an emergency? That person ends up stuck, waiting for police to ticket ...a car if they respond and then have to wait on towing. It seems like our complaints fall on deaf ears. Everytime I turn around, someone is moving out. Sad to see how this community has gone down and our cost of living continues to go up. Utility bills are another issue. I was gone for eight days in December and my bill was the highest it has ever been and continues to be higher and I do not run my electricity and water for the amount my bills are. February 22, 2025This place may have been considered “luxury” 10 years ago, but today it’s nothing more than a high priced housing project. You are forced to pay more and you get less and less. This complex truly becomes a nightmare after 5pm between the noise and lack of rule enforcement. It is barely tolerable when management is here. Speaking of which, they sit locked up in the office all day and never walk the complex to see what’s actually going on. February 16, 2025Apartments are greatly and kept up-to-date. The property facilities could be improved. The admin updated the gym within aren't connected to internet so you can't use any of the on-screen features, even just basic things like speed or resistence, broken equipment, cleaning wipes empty). There is a central parking garage for the complex which is great for accessibility however there is frequently problems with car alarms going off for 15 minutes, blaring music, revving engines, even in the middle ...of the night. This is amplified by the cars being feet away from half of the resident's windows, because again, central parking garage.Property Manager Responded
