About Welcome to Orchard Meadows Apartments!
This apartment features a washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony or patio, wood-burning fireplace, and electric heating! Permitted parking is available, limit one car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis, or non-permit parking on the street. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees. Standard Fees, copy and paste this link into a web browser: Landmark offers an optional program that handles insurance, identity protection, air filter delivery, credit building, and rent rewards. Residents have the option to personalize some components during onboarding, which may increase or decrease the monthly amount. More details upon application. *Note: Photos may not depict the exact unit(s) available. $65 Application Fee Per Adult and Cosigner (if property is within the City of Bellingham & Ferndale limits, the fee will be $50). Not as advertised - disgusting interior
March 19, 2025Arrived for our showing yesterday - the apartments was completely different than advertised. Fully carpeted, covered in stains, cabinets were held up with the cheapest plywood possibly. We were only in there for 20 seconds because it was so foul.Review from Apartments.com
