April 18, 2025It’s a wonderful community but it’s very expensive. The rent is an average price but once you add in the extra fees of trash, water, sewer you are paying at least $300 more on top of your rentProperty Manager Responded

April 1, 2025It’s a nice place to call home, I enjoy my unit. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Mark, Jeffrey and Juan do a good Job. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to reside at Windshire. There is only one thing I don't like, but it's not Windshire's fault: It would be greatly appreciated if dog owners who live in this complex would clean up after their dogs.Property Manager Responded
