    The Welkin has some wonderful and welcoming residents that make this place a community. Other apartment buildings I have lived at the residents keep to themselves. Here you get genuine, caring neighbors that look out for each other. The property manager, Tania, is also such an amazing human being and has an incredible memory. She makes the Welkin special because she remembers EVERYONE and is quick to resolve issues. The amenities are great and the neighbors provide fresh bread or cookies, ...
    there’s also a pool, gym, and community garden!

    Building is clean, it can often be noisy with dogs but otherwise, it's not that bad! Maintenance acts quickly on most things and the staff is really kind!

    I’ve been living at Welkin for almost 2 years and I love it. It is a clean and safe environment with great amenities. The entire staff is amazing, always giving prompt building updates and timely responses to maintenance requests and any general inquiries. Outside of the kind staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly community and friends I’ve made. I’ve been very happy the last 2 years living here.

    Welkin is a beautiful building with great amenities. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The move in process was quick and easy and any issues were quickly fixed by maintenance.

    Everyone here is so lovely, and we're really enjoying the community aspect. The amenities are a definite plus. I feel like I'm waking up at a hotel everyday.
