June 9, 2025The Welkin has some wonderful and welcoming residents that make this place a community. Other apartment buildings I have lived at the residents keep to themselves. Here you get genuine, caring neighbors that look out for each other. The property manager, Tania, is also such an amazing human being and has an incredible memory. She makes the Welkin special because she remembers EVERYONE and is quick to resolve issues. The amenities are great and the neighbors provide fresh bread or cookies, ...there’s also a pool, gym, and community garden!Property Manager Responded
