November 24, 2025My experience moving in has been smooth and effortless. Tania, the building manager, was attentive and really took my apartment preferences into account throughout the process. Everything with the application was completed on time, which made things easy. Although I hadn’t seen the exact unit before moving in, the apartment was clean and well-prepared. It’s been a week since I moved in, and the staff has been prompt in responding to maintenance requests. The amenities are excellent, and I ...especially appreciate the tech features like door access and internet, which add convenience to daily life. June 9, 2025The Welkin has some wonderful and welcoming residents that make this place a community. Other apartment buildings I have lived at the residents keep to themselves. Here you get genuine, caring neighbors that look out for each other. The property manager, Tania, is also such an amazing human being and has an incredible memory. She makes the Welkin special because she remembers EVERYONE and is quick to resolve issues. The amenities are great and the neighbors provide fresh bread or cookies, ...there’s also a pool, gym, and community garden!Property Manager Responded
