Great property
August 31, 2024While living at Welleby Lakes Club, under the new management Bar Invest Group, was an absolute pleasure. The community is improved and well maintained, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center made it a great place to call home. My apartment was spacious and well-designed, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. The management team was always responsive and caring. I highly recommend living here. Not a safe place to live! Gate never works!
June 27, 2024Constant break ins, theft, police is always here, gun shots, gate is always open, no security, no cameras! The office tells you to just lock your doors and lock your cars, because they know this place is filled with crime. Hey here’s a tip, fix the gate, it’s never been locked since I moved here. I don’t feel safe here, especially if you have a family you shouldn’t live here. It’s not safe.Review from Apartments.com
