Decently sized apartments, but many issues
June 10, 2024Large apartments for the price and not a bad location. Overall management was pretty bad. Maintenance wouldn’t fix an issue that I had with my window until I complained about it repeatedly for months. The package room is a disaster. Almost every package I had delivered went missing. I stopped having packages delivered to my apartment after 6 months. The staff were nice, but there were still rampant issues. The noise was also really bad, including people screaming at each other late at night, ...kids running up and down the halls and very loud music. The cops were at the building all the time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend living here despite the good size of the apartments and price.Property Manager Responded

In short, I am extremely pleased with my time here and would like to express my utmost satisfaction. First and foremost, the management team at Wellington has been exceptional. Their professionalism, promptness, and willingness to go above and beyond have truly made my stay enjoyable. Whether it's addressing maintenance requests or providing useful information, they have consistently demonstrated ...their commitment to resident satisfaction. Speaking of maintenance, I must commend the maintenance staff for their outstanding work. They are always quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. It's comforting to know that there is a reliable team in place to ensure the functionality and comfort of the apartments. The amenities offered at Wellington are truly impressive. The well-maintained swimming pool, fitness center, and community lounge are fantastic additions that make living here even more enjoyable. It's evident that the management team has put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and vibrant community for residents. One aspect that deserves special mention is the location of the apartment complex. Wellington is situated in a prime area, close to various shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. January 20, 2023Very spacious apartments. Wonderful, professional, front end staff and maintenance staff. They really do you go above and beyond. I have wonderful neighbors on my floor. We all look out for each other that’s a plus. The few things that I definitely feel like I need to improve are people leaving trash on the floor inside of the trash room instead of putting it down the trash chute. That’s going to bring rodents and I just feel like that definitely needs to be addressed and stopped. Also, ...people not picking up after the dogs. It’s absolutely disgusting and people should be fined if they’re caught doing it . And my last biggest complaint is when dealing with a noisy neighbor and you bring it to someone’s attention numerous times, and nothing gets resolved to alleviate the situation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 15, 2022Living here. — For the most part it’s nice and quiet here. The maintenance staff is always friendly. The office stay is friendly. Units are in pretty good condition. No real issues. Minor issues pop up here and there but in all it’s decent place to live.Property Manager Responded
