I have lived at Wellington for almost four years now, and I have loved every minute of it! The staff is extremely kind and very quick to fix any issues you have. For example, our bathtub wasn't draining well, and they sent maintenance there that day to fix it after we contacted them. I know my friends at other properties have a hard time getting work orders done that have a higher priority, so I really appreciate the quick work they provide here! ...job making it look as nice as possible. I always see the lawn care company doing work making the grounds perfect. The office staff is really nice and always greets you with a smile. They seem to remember everyone's name, what they're doing (school or work related), and always ask how kids/pets are doing with their names as well. As a student I was out at the pool a lot this summer, and on multiple occasions they provided popsicles to us for "just a smile"!!! After seeing the reviews on here I had to state my opinion. I truly love my apartment, the staff and the area here. The office tells you when you sign your lease that you will only hear from them if you break the law or the lease, but I suggest going in there to talk to them and getting to know them because they are really wonderful, caring people. Ask the leasing agent about his "kids" (they're his cats), ask the manager about her family, and they light up and will talk to you until you say you have to go. They also keep candy in there....so that's a win. I love wellington club, so don't let these rude reviews stop you from going and checking this place out!!!
