Lived here for 2 years and overall it's pretty good actually, I like the management and the repairs are pretty quick. Nice enough neighborhood, never had any issues and my neighbors were all super chill. The apartments are pretty much what you'd expect for this price range, not great by any means but cheap enough to were it's worth it. Cops are constantly patrolling the area so I'm not really sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing...
One note: Don't trust the hot tub picture, it's been out ...

My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and I really don’t have any complaints. Dana, Shane, and the maintenance team are all great. If you have a problem, it is fixed as quickly as possible. My sister lives in the complex across the street and it can take weeks for repairs. It’s rare not to have something done the same day here.
The pool, clubhouse, and workout room are a plus! They have repainted and re-paved since we’ve lived here so it’s obvious they care about how everything looks. ...
Also, its a great area, right near I-35.

I have lived her for two years. Thought it was nice enough and is good with everything but electric included. But the AC and heating you have along with all the appliances are ancient. They break all the time. Maintenance is quick to fix it but it's just a patch. My AC only cools to about 80 and that's it. The management here is terrible. Always charging you more money and don't give your deposit back even after cleaning. Would have broke lease if it wasn't so expensive. Please don't live here.

I have lived at Wellington for the past four years and it has been a great place to live! It is locally owned and managed, safe, and clean. I have only needed maintenance once in all the years Ive lived here and they responded quickly and resolved my problem the first time they were called. Unfortunately I am moving in a few months and I am sad to be leaving but I would recommend Wellington to anyone who is looking for a place that is nice, well-kept, and affordable.

I don't know who they paid to write the favorable reviews for this place but I wish I knew how I could get a gig like that. It would help with my 300 dollar a month electric bill I incur during the summer months for air conditioning that keeps the place at about, 86 degrees and runs constantly. Don't bother calling for Maintenence help becauze the only thing they can do is leave a note saying the "charged" the ac. It won't do any good.

I have lived at Wellington for almost four years now, and I have loved every minute of it! The staff is extremely kind and very quick to fix any issues you have. For example, our bathtub wasn't draining well, and they sent maintenance there that day to fix it after we contacted them. I know my friends at other properties have a hard time getting work orders done that have a higher priority, so I really appreciate the quick work they provide here! While the property is older, they do a really good ...
job making it look as nice as possible. I always see the lawn care company doing work making the grounds perfect. The office staff is really nice and always greets you with a smile. They seem to remember everyone's name, what they're doing (school or work related), and always ask how kids/pets are doing with their names as well. As a student I was out at the pool a lot this summer, and on multiple occasions they provided popsicles to us for "just a smile"!!! After seeing the reviews on here I had to state my opinion. I truly love my apartment, the staff and the area here. The office tells you when you sign your lease that you will only hear from them if you break the law or the lease, but I suggest going in there to talk to them and getting to know them because they are really wonderful, caring people. Ask the leasing agent about his "kids" (they're his cats), ask the manager about her family, and they light up and will talk to you until you say you have to go. They also keep candy in there....so that's a win. I love wellington club, so don't let these rude reviews stop you from going and checking this place out!!! Thank you Wellington Club and staff for making my place truly feel like home!

Dirty apartments, dirty dirty dirty. Gym is pretty much useless, lighting is horrible at night (watch your back), lots of turnover so you never know who your neighbor will be next month, lots of smoking (not family friendly) pool is always cold and not cleaned properly. Management is like when you call a big company.. that no body answers, they pass the blame to one another. Nothing gets fixed.
