Horrid management

Management is flat out useless. Try calling, emailing, or getting anything handled and you’ll see what I mean. Nobody answers, nobody calls back, and nothing actually gets done. It feels like you’re just ignored unless it benefits them.
What’s crazy is they’ll send out messages acting strict about rules, but don’t even follow them themselves. There’s zero professionalism. You’ll literally see management walking around like they don’t even care, while residents are trying to get basic issues ...
handled and can’t even get a response.
And the amenities? Don’t expect much. The fire pit got destroyed and never replaced. The “car wash” never works because the hose is always gone. The dog park is tiny and constantly disgusting because nobody enforces anything.
It just feels like nobody running this place takes it seriously at all. You’re paying for way more than what you’re actually getting here.
