Horrid management

Management is flat out useless. Try calling, emailing, or getting anything handled and you’ll see what I mean. Nobody answers, nobody calls back, and nothing actually gets done. It feels like you’re just ignored unless it benefits them.
What’s crazy is they’ll send out messages acting strict about rules, but don’t even follow them themselves. There’s zero professionalism. You’ll literally see management walking around like they don’t even care, while residents are trying to get basic issues ...
handled and can’t even get a response.
And the amenities? Don’t expect much. The fire pit got destroyed and never replaced. The “car wash” never works because the hose is always gone. The dog park is tiny and constantly disgusting because nobody enforces anything.
It just feels like nobody running this place takes it seriously at all. You’re paying for way more than what you’re actually getting here.

This a quite, clean, and well cared for place to live. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and you have an excellent mix of families, single people, and retired. The mix of people insures that it never get to loud at any time even without the required quite times each night. This is a pet friendly complex and there are a good number of dogs at any given time. Pet owners all tend to know each other from daily walks around the complex or on the river green way that runs just behind the ...
complex and one of the three excellent dog parks within a 20 min. drive. Big Station Elementary, Middle, and High School are right next door which can lead to some traffic in the morning or afternoon but it is not enough to make getting out of the complex difficult. The local fire station is also right up the road past the schools and a Kroger is about 1 1/2 miles down the road in the opposite direction. There is a standard apartment complex car wash, play ground, gym, and pool. Nothing spectacular but they are kept clean and in excellent condition. They don't have a dog park and since there is a $400 pet deposit they should be doing something with it. They also only except paper checks, non only processing with this complex.

I moved here in July of this year. I have looked at a lot of apartments in the Gallatin area and I kept going back to this one. The staff is Awesome!! Very friendly and helpful! You call the office with any problems and they are Johnny on the spot with resolving your problem. The Maintenance men are Great!!! The property is Beautiful and very well maintained. I don't have any problems with the neighbors around me. Everyone seems very nice and personable.

I've been living here since 2011 and I love it here. Management is nice. Service is quick and effective. Parking is a breeze. You really can't get anything better for the price around here. I'm sad that I'm moving soon but I got a job transfer. If I ever come back to Middle Tennessee this would be my first choice.

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years.
They may not seem cheap, but compared to comparable apartments in the area they are a very good value. It has a larger square footage that most apartments and includes all appliances for less than most others.
You have to keep in mind that these are apartments and not houses. Nearly all apartments are going to have problems with loud noises. All you can do is hope you have considerate neighbors or live on the third floor when there is no one above ...
you and you have nice huge vaulted ceilings. I have noticed apartment seems to be quieter than other apartments I have stayed in during my life with exception of outside door slamming which is the same.
Apartment has nice new greenway behind it with a short trail connecting parking lot and short trail connecting them together.
Rent does go up approx. $20-$50 a year but so does every other place I have stayed or heard of.
I like the 24hr access to workout room with a nice variety of equipment.
I would recommend getting a third floor apartment with the sunroom option instead of the balcony. You will get quite a lot more space for computer desk, printer, and recliner than if you had a balcony. Third floor does require slightly more exercise, but the added quietness can not be overstated.
Apartment complex is off a quiet road right next to exit for Vietnam vets highway. The end of the road is a Kroger Marketplace. Which is the nicest, largest, and cleanest Kroger I have ever been in. It is nicely decorated and upscale looking Kroger. Very convenient.
Lastly the closets in the bedrooms are huge walk in closets. Great for storing all your clothes and stuff.
Just remember when you sign a lease you are committing to stay in apartment for the duration of lease. The owner has every right to hold you to that lease. So try to make sure you choose an apartment at a location that is quieter and try to get a higher floor when you don't have to hear every activity that is going on above you. Ask several people you see at apartment complex how they like their apartments. don't just trust reviews online which typically overly negative.
