June 26, 2025I have been living here a long time, for 9 years and I am very happy living here. My apartment is very spacious and comfortable and it is in excellent condition. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer, which is great. All the amenities work very well and if something needs to be fixed, it is fixed very quickly and properly. It is a safe and quiet environment to live in. The management staff is available if needed. Also, the property is well maintained. Great Place To Live
December 15, 2021I have lived at Wellington Gardens for about two years and I have no plans on moving. The rents are fair compared to other units in Rotterdam.
