I have been here since 2019 and I don’t have mice because I did the work to keep them out and most people in my building have cats. My issue is they are old and need to be upgraded and maintenance don’t do anything, I try to keep my place up on my own, so if you move here just know your on your own .

The rating needs to be a 0. These people have a mice issue. You put in requests and maintenance does the bare minimum.
Maintenance has knocked one time, no announcement, unlocked my door and came in while I was home. Everyone shifts blame as to who takes care of the issue.
An instant I was told my situation was emergency and they would be out same day. Waited HOURS no one came then called and they closed my case and said I refused service while I’ve been home all day waiting. Only been here 3 ...
weeks. All in all just find somewhere else to live. They do not care!

I lived here and moved out in 2021, I asked the leasing office over the phone how do I go about not renewing my lease, she gave me instructions that I’ve followed and for some reason my lease still got renewed, I was being charged for an apartment I wasn’t living in ( prices were raised ) and on top of that I wasn’t notified until the last minute ( court got involved ) I am now in debt and these people ruined my life ! I HATE THEM ! And I hope they go out of business very soon..

These apartments aren’t horrible but theyneed major upgrades. No amenities, no security systems, and open access to the building which came be a safety concern. The biggest issue honestly is the crime in the area; there’s literally a homicide weekly and constant car break-ins and car jacking. Lastly some of the maintenance are very lazy and inefficient. The leasing office aren’t really a big help either they just tell you “Call Resident Services.

I've been having problems with mice. The maintenance has been to my apartment several times putting down traps and plugging holes. This is not working. The mice are running rapped and getting in some kind of way. It's embarrassing for me to have company and they just come out running all over the place. They're rats running around on the property. I called the rental office last year and was told they can't control the rats running around outside. This is unacceptable. They expect tenants to live ...

This place is horrible they have a nice infestation in the snow and ice they will not shovel the walk ways or parking lot leaving to stuck and stranded the rental office dies nothing they refer you to Henderson web who also does nothing they got an exterminator to come to my house and all he did was leave sticky traps They have rats on the parking lot plumbing issues this is a nightmare do not do it!

I've lived in Wellington Gate since September 2020. It has not been a wonderful, nor comfortable home. It is a quiet complex and always clean on the outside, but on the inside I've had continuous issues with pests and rodents. Maintenance has not responded to fix any of my issues in a timely manner. This home has been a complete nightmare, and the management office has not been any help with fixing the infestation of roaches or mice.

I don’t know how they got 4 stars on here. My roommate and i are moving to different regions in MD but now we are stuck paying for a apartment we won’t even live in. We could no longer afford rent however they extended our lease for another year AND raised the price FOR THE SAME APARTMENT. Might I add that they never give notice to anything they do whether it’s extending the lease or checking detectors. Sure, the prices are cheap, but it’s not worth the horrible experience that is pretty much guaranteed. We have had countless encounters with mice. Heat won’t work when it comes to colder seasons and A/C won’t work when it comes to warmer seasons so you’re constantly calling maintenance to fix the system that never works. Every single tenant in the building is extremely loud through all hours of the night with screaming and loud music. We made a formal written complaint with the leasing office and ...
2 calls to the police and a formal written complaint with the police as well regarding the noise, and nothing ever changed. The other tenants smoke cigarettes both in their unit and in the stairways so it smells like cigarettes once you enter the building and their smoke alarms are constantly going off, adding to the noise. Also, the apartment has smelled like a gas leak from day one. Maintenance blames the ancient systems but nothing is done to fix it. Speaking of maintenance, it is illegal for them to enter the apartment without a 24 hour notice. They will send a notice that they are entering units to change filters the next day, but won’t come until later in the week, so it’s unpredictable when someone will be entering your unit. It has been hell living here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Do not lease at Wellington Gate or with Henderson Webb.

My family moved into a 2 bdrm here. First off we asked for the deluxe and they gave us a standard. Said they made a mistake and we would have to sign another lease. We didn’t and I’m regretting it. With the standard apts, the hallways to your apt is so small you will not be able to get any kind of big furniture in your house. A couch would not fit. A love seat wouldn’t either. Whenever you need to handle something, you will more than likely deal with a different person each time! Some staff members are incompetent and under trained! At that point BGE and Comcast could not help me, I paid transfer fees for an apartment I wasn't even moving to. And the other apartment that they gave me, I would have to move in with no cable or power! IF you enjoy being stressed out and waisting money, then this is the place for you!!
