Amenities bait and switch

Amenities are not maintained. They turned off the tanning beds so they just sit there collecting dust and they don't keep propane in the gas grills so nobody can cook at the pool. Do not choose this place for the amenities. You will not get what you are paying for.

This place is the Definitely 5 star! I have lived here 3 years and absolutely love it. The grounds are kept spotless, the pool and grill areas are always clean! The only place in town you can go into the office and be invited to sit and have coffee and conversation. The maintenance crew takes care of all items within 24 hours! I have never had to call twice for anything. The internet here is great and the technicians know the residents and staff and respond some times on the same day. I ...

Wellington Grande apartments are a great place to call home. We have an attached garage to our apartment. Stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer. The complex maintains beautiful landscaping a large pool and hot tub with modern furniture. The outside stainless grills make it so easy to grill. Living here is more like living in your own home than an apartment. The management is very concerned with all aspect of the complex and care about the tenants.

The apartment complex was just built this year. Everything is brand new. Everyone is quiet and friendly. And I love the front door trash pickup. Jessica has been the best to work with! And my little family love the pool with the fountains and fireplace. And the gym is the best! I have never felt so safe and pampered!
