Don’t Move Here.
May 28, 2024Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. These people don’t know what good customer service is. I should have known from the day I moved in how disgusting of a place this is. They don’t take responsibility for their actions. The place itself is not “luxury” & the people that work in the office are the most ignorant & dumbfounded people I’ve ever met. Not to mention they claim a "white glove" cleaning before moving in but it was clear there were plenty of areas that were not touched. One of ...the cabinets had syrup all over the shelving, the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen were layered with grime and dirt, the window screens were out, the walls and doors have all kinds of visible dirt, the kitchen ceiling had brown spots on it, and the front door and back door do not close correctly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't move here!!
March 1, 2023These are not luxury townhomes. Management has no consideration for their tenants and trying to get something fixed is next to impossible. It takes months to get basic but necessary repairs completed. Quick cover ups in the unit upon move in, but those slowly fall apart after move in. Neighbors had roaches that property would not take care of rather made them foot the bill to exterminate. For this price better to look down the street.Review from Apartments.com

August 22, 2022I have serious regrets moving into this place. Most of the staff has been nothing but rude and condescending. They moved me into a dirty apartment with no working appliances. Claimed they would get things in order and dragged their feet getting my place move in ready from the start and still to this day 3 months later isn’t done. July 6, 2021My family and I moved into a townhome on May 28th of this year. So far we have paid them almost $6000 for deposit and two month's rent. When we moved into the unit the washing machine, dishwasher, and back door were all not working. Along with many other things. The place was gross to say the least. Toilets not clean, walls messed up, broken toilet seats, leaking windows, non matching blinds and some not working, horrible painting job, etc. It has tons of bugs and ants and we have had two rats. ...They are being reported to the health department as the living conditions are NOT livable. May 31, 2021Don’t move here unless you want to pay top dollar for an apartment that doesn’t have basic amenities. We’ve been waiting over a month for our dishwasher, dryer, stove top, and refrigerator to be fixed. The day we moved in none of these things were working, even though the woman in the office said she did a walk through and everything looked good, these things should’ve been fixed before we even moved in. I called and asked for a status two weeks later and the woman who answered said she didn’t ...see a work order for two things. When I toured I was told “maintenance will come that day!” Sure, they’ll check it out but they either won’t do anything or say it’s fixed when it’s not. I am counting down the days until I move out. A LIVING NIGHTMARE
July 15, 2020I moved in about two weeks ago and was shown a completely different apartment that I live in. I was told I would be living in a certain apartment and suddenly had to switch to a different one. The place is a dump. Black bathtubs, nails in the stairs, fence broken in the backyard, mold, broken blinds, and bugs bugs BUGS!!! I have reached out to the office about fixing everything and only one blind has been replaced. I talked to Courtney in the office about the bugs and she said “it’s just the ...reality of living in a first floor apartment during the summer”. The manager is even more of a joke.
