I called around a few Summerville complexes and they were the only ones to answer with a person on the first try. You get 5 stars just for that. The young lady that answered was friendly and helpful. Told her she deserved a raise and she laughed and said just leave me a review. Here ya go!

Definitely edited the heck out of the pics: the inside of the leasing office looks just like the pics. Everything else? Not so much. They spent more money on the leasing office. Instead of revamping the apartments.

We have been here for almost a year and living here has always been great. Even when we tried to move in and there were some maintenance issues they were fixed almost immediately. Our neighbors are all friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful.
