Noise and trash!!!
May 7, 2022Don't move back here if you work and you're trying to rest. They don't have a playground and the kids are constantly running up and down the hallways & stairs. Yelling to the top of their lungs. The hallways are trashy as well. They have gone down a lot since new management took over.Property Manager Responded

Moving as soon as my lease is over
December 16, 2020We have lived here for almost two years. The first year was okay although there was a leak from the apartment above due to the water heater and it leaked all over my brand new furniture. Management said they were not responsible. After signing second lease new tenants moved into the apartment above. They make noise all throughout the night. This is a consistent problem which has gotten worse since complaining to the courtesy officer and police. Management basically said our complaints are a ...nuisance and unwarranted. They have two large dogs which they allow to run through the apartment. That is what has prompted my negative review today. It is 8:22PM and the tenants and the dogs have been running since before 5PM. The previous night they were wrestling or fighting around 12AM. Management is useless and will not do anything so please heed this warning about this complex before taking an apartment in the complex or at least request an apartment with neighbors who do not have large animals who they allow to run through the apartment all times of the day and night.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015i MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS IN JUNE OF 2015. i WORKED WITH THE LEASING STAFF FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO FIND THE RIGHT PRICE FOR MY UNIT. i WAS IN NEED OF A 3 BEDROOM, HOWEVER COULDN;T REALLY AFFORD THE MARKET PRICE AT THE TIME. MY LEASING PROFESSIONAL WORKED WITH ME AND KEPT ME IN MIND UNTIL A UNIT OPENED UP THAT MET MY FINANCIAL NEEDS. SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE I HAVE BEEN PRETTY SATISFIED. WITH EVERY APARTMENT YOU WILL HAVE SOME ISSUES, HOWEVER MAINTENANCE RESPONDS A WHOLE LOT QUICKER THAN I'M ...USED TO. AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
