A los residentes que llevamos años con ustedes los apartamento están deteriorados.. ah pero si tenemos que pagarles la misma cantidad de dinero que los nuevos residentes que tienen todo nuevo. March 12, 2026In my personal experience, I've made multiple requests and they've rarely fixed the problem, or like this last time I requested a repair because of the cockroaches, and they just put a piece of foam with tape on the laundry room door frame—in other words, they did something different.
