Gone down hill
January 8, 2025Management is a complete disaster. Emergency pull stations have been inoperable for over a year, pipes consistently breaking on a weekly basis, mold, 20 year old carpets being refused to replace for new occupants. No answers from management which is a new company that took over 3 years ago and has since let the place fall apart entirely, to the point where it would be unsafe for anyone to live her let alone 62 years of age or older. No longer owned by Northern Dutchess Hospital, rather a slumlord ...company based out of NYC and it truly shows.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
