October 27, 2025The first couple of days have been rough. There was a mixup with the door key, the toilet in the guest bathroom overflowed, the faucets in the guest bathroom look disgusting, one of the outlets in the kitchen is extremely loose, switch cover in the living room is missing, and the floor is super creaky. I love the setup of the apartment and everyone in the office is super nice.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025everything at wellspring has been great! maintenance deals with issues rather quickly and neighborhood is decently quiet. the only complaint is when the garbage trucks pick up trash from the dumpsters at 4:30am sometimes!Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025Neighborhoods calm, although theres not many parking spaces if all any. The sink is missing a screw i’d assume seeing as it lacks structure and kind’ve spins everywhere.
