This review is to help anyone else that may run into this problem! The apartment is infested with mold due to water leakages in the apartments. Take it upon yourself and get an air quality test done! I’m highly disgusted with how I’ve been treated by the front office staff I’ve been here for a while… they’re aware that mold is in this home in fact they got a air quality test done and let me know they would not be disclosing me the results they received and to make it worse won’t transfer me to ...
another home unless I pay more..They made it clear to me that they are done with this unit and will be making me stay in this home breathing it in with my foster child. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.

Neighbors are loud. The stomping is atrocious. Had to deal with two different tenants living above me stomping at all hours of the night. Almost everyone smokes and the smoke can seep into your apartment at any given time. But Leasing office management is nice and maintenance has a 24-48 he turnaround.

So far been here for 1 month and I dont think i will like it here... Maintenance been here About 15 times already in one month. All my kitchen appliances had to be replaced and My alarm system did not work. They did fix it but it was a Inconvenience to me bc they wanted their money up front and I need my apartment to be live in ready when I give them my money.. also they have a bad Nat problem they will tell you there is nothing they can do about it.. also I live under a family that is loud so ...
I called the local security they knocked on the door and he came back stating that the mom said she can not control her kids and told me to have the front office to move me.. the next time they was loud I called the front office they said they will talk to them.. once again nothing was solved.. so I decided to just address the situation on my own the lady up stairs stated "like she told Security and the ladies at the office I dont control my kids".. I got fed up and asked the ladies to release me from my lease I talked to three different ppl in one day and they will allow me to leave just have to pay a lot to move out and they said the noise is apart of apartment living education the ladies that each time I report it they get louder and louder up stairs.. so I asked the ladies would it be okay if i make noise between 6am -11pm and omg she got sooo mad it was funny to be honest she even hung up on me.. she even offered to pay me my money for the pet fee so by now I'm under this lady ( Regional manager) skin.. So now she know how I feel with all the noise I have to deal with every day.. no I will not move out bc its gonna cost me more money to move.. now if she offer to pay for my move I will leave this place today.. Just gonna have to keep knocking and find something to cancel out the unwanted noise just until my house get finish being built.. plus I have a baby on the way.. so I'm not playing with anyone bc if they ever wake up my child there will be a big problem for everyone...

We have lived here for over 2 and a half years now. The first 1 and a half was great and we were very happy in both of the units we've stayed in during the construction of the property. Last year we had new people move in above us and they have become a nightmare. Our apartment is nearly constantly subjected to loud banging or thumping noises and very strong, odd smells. We have complained many times to the office staff. We have called in noise complaints during all hours of the night, sometimes ...
up to 3 or 4 am. They have many big kids who run, jump, slam, and bang on the floors, doors, and walls during most of the day hours and into the night. This shakes our walls and ceiling, sometimes causing light fixtures to rattle and drop pieces off of them onto the floor. Our guests complain and are horrified to hear that the banging they hear isn't addressed by the property management. The office staff either say there isn't anything they can do or they say that the noise isn't their concern if they can't hear it from the outside of the building. This level of noise paired with the smells coming through the floors is unacceptable.
I have never had neighbors this loud or obnoxious in my life and the fact that the office won't do anything about it makes this a terrible place to live. We will be moving out as soon as our third lease agreement is up.
If it weren't for the management's unwillingness to deal with this problem I would have given them 5 stars. Failure to address resident issues should a deal-breaker for anyone.

You can not beat the great location and amenities. These apartments are right next to Wendover Avenue so you are within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. There are great amenities such as a pool with stainless steel grills and cabanas. The fitness center also has state of the art equipment. The apartment itself (I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom) is very spacious with plenty of closet space and granite countertops in the kitchen. However, the walls are super thin so you can ...
hear nearly everything your neighbor is doing, especially if you are living below someone so please be mindful of that. It will depend on how considerate your neighbor is. Most of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. You just need to talk to the right person in order to get certain issues resolved.

When I first moved in I kinda hated it because of the new construction, noise, and at the beginning it felt like management really let the place go. The compator was broken all the time and people were always leaving trash out everywhere. But about half way through my stay management really cleaned up their act. They began responding to residents complaints more, cleaning up the property and making sure things were fixed in a timely manner.
