August 14, 2017Wentworth House is one of the nicest buildings to live in, with a maintenance staff that promptly answers repair requests and individuals at the front desk who are helpful and pleasant. Quality and Convenience
August 4, 2017The location is convenient - one block from White Flint Metro and a Harris Teeter downstairs. The staff is professional and courteous (especially Regan at the front desk) at all times. They work hard to create a sense of community offering everything from yoga classes to ice cream socials to casino nights. The building is very well maintained and while it is a dog-friendly building, it is kept immaculate both inside and out, and there is virtually no noise heard from other apartments. There ...is a small dog park on the property that is also well maintained. Any issues whatsoever - from a burnt out light bulb to a malfunctioning hot water heater have been addressed quickly and efficiently with consideration given to my schedule. I strongly recommend this building to anyone interested living in the North Bethesda area. I have visited friends in other buildings in the area, and though some may be newer, none are as well maintained and professionally staffed as Wentworth House.Property Manager Responded

Everything has a solution!
November 20, 2015I had no way to thank both Joe and Brit for being so nice, diligent and considered with my move date and during whole process, in which I would have to include Jessica, too. I misread my moving date and plan everything for a day before. We (Brit) and me just happened to figure that out the day before, time enough to find a solution. With Joe's help, we re-set the move for the very next day, as I mistakenly had scheduled it, they redo the leasing contract again check the availability right away ...and everything went super smooth when I finally moved. That's something you don't find everywhere, I guess, there could be maybe a few fancier building complex out there but I really believe it would be hard to find people with the customer service approach, as well as kind and educated as the overall Wentworth leasing office. I truly have no way to thank and appreciate how much their help make the difference between a crazy, messy and horrible weekend and a smooth, nice and calm moving one, ( as it finally turned out to be). Happiness for Rent at Wentworth House
August 24, 2015Even Donald Trump would be hard pressed to find something unsatisfying about the Wentworth House. Set back from Rockville Pike yet walking distance to White Flint Metro, living at the Wentworth House is like having an ice cream cone without the calories. Outward appearances give the impression of a cozy community with its spectacular courtyard and dog park, yet residents know it to be much more than that. Yoga and Bootcamp classes are a weekly sight on the Community Green. Dogs of all sizes can ...be seen playing on the obstacle course in the well maintained dog park. Extremely friendly concierge staff is there to greet me heading to work or alerting me to a package's delivery. Sound too good to be true? I haven't even gotten to the 24 hour Harris Teeter right below the building. The underground parking garage and 24 hour gym are just a few more fantastic amenities to enjoy. Even as I write this, I'm 16 floors up in the air lounging at the rooftop pool. Sure, every building has a down side but complaining about too much sun in my apartment seems trivial. The icing on the cake is the value of these amenities far outweigh the cost of actually living here, believe me I've looked. I have lived in the Rockville/ North Bethesda area for 5 years and the peace, sense of security, and feeling of community here at Wentworth House are second to none. The apartments are beautiful, with modern and efficient appliances, plush carpeting, and elegant floor plans. Ideal
August 12, 2015Living above a grocery store is one of the best advantages of Wentworth House. Instead of buying a weeks worth of groceries at a time, and inevitably having food go to waste, I can just pick up something fresh for dinner on the way home from work. The pool is on the roof, and that little extra altitude makes a huge difference when you're trying to escape the summer time humidity but still actually be outside. Great High-Rise Apartment!
August 10, 2015The building has stood for a while now, since they finished the Aurora, it can look like it's due for a refresh, but you'll soon realize how high the ceilings are, how wide open the floor plans are and great the management staff is. it has a small wading pool on the 18th floor but has a great un-obstructed view in the direction of DC. It has a courtyard area with a dog park that is shared between the aurora and the Wentworth house and has a 24 hour harris teeter on the ground floor with a ...starbucks coffee. Nice amenities
July 23, 2015Pool, gym, computer center and children's play room are great. Pool actually has hours that are usable. I've lived at other apartments in the area and the pool would close at 6ish, so after a day of work there was no chance to use it. Here they are typically open until 9 which is great in the hot and humid summer months. Also, very close to White Flint metro station which is great. March 2, 2014Wentworth House, unquestionably, feels like home. It is a residence that has a friendly, receptive staff and all maintenance matters are attended to promptly. The parking garage has good air flow and the apartment building has fast elevators, well-maintained common areas, and beautiful flowers to welcome you as you walk through the lobby. The subway train can be seen from my patio sliding-glass door and it is a short walk to travel on the red line metro. There is also a bus station close by as ...well as a Harris Teeter grocery store downstairs. I've rated noise as average since there is the usual outdoor city noise due to shopping, restaurants, and multiple forms of transportation that are nearby; but, in my experience, the residents inside the apartment are generally quiet. The staff is always helpful and considerate. After a long day, their smiles, greetings, and warmth make you feel as if you are coming home to family. They know you personally and their interest in what goes on with their residents is genuine. Absolute DREAM Location AND Building!
July 24, 2014I have been here for almost 2 years now, and cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and just overall living experience here!! First off, the metro is only 2 blocks away...SCORE! Harris Teeter is basically our LOBBY and is open 24/7. Also, the staff here (J.R-front desk, Isaac-maintenance, Peter- manager, EVERYONE ELSE I cannot name!) are SO ON POINT. They get back to you with a swiftness, and are ALWAYS greeting you with a smile. Next, the noise level here might bother some because the train ...station is closeby, but honestly, after living here for a week you get used to it. It barely bothers me anymore. A small trade to get all this building has to offer!
