Avesta Housing is happy to announce our newest property, Wessex Woods. Wessex Woods is a newly constructed community composed of 40 one-bedroom units for households with members 55 and over. This property is close to the ever-growing shopping area on the Portland/Westbrook line as well as two Portland Trails trailheads. It is convenient to the bus line and the highway. Wessex Woods features two on-site laundry rooms, an elevator, 24-hour emergency on-call maintenance, community space, and residence service coordination.
