    I’d rate my apartment community 5 out of 5 stars. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities like the gym and common areas are clean and rarely overcrowded. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, which is a big plus. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located near shops and public transportation.     It is a real joy to live at West 130, the staff is very caring. They keep the common areas very nice and tidy. If you have a maintenance problem they resolve it very quickly

    I recently moved into West 130 and have had a wonderful experience so far. The entire process was smooth, and Diana was incredibly helpful throughout my application and move-in. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. Since moving in, I’ve really been enjoying the community and the amenities. I especially love having access to the gym. I’ve actually been using it every day, which has been a huge plus. The building itself is well maintained, and I ...
    feel very safe and comfortable living here, which was really important to me when choosing a new place to live.     One of my favorite features living here is having a washer and dryer in my apartment. I especially like having an assigned parking spot in the garage knowing that I’ll always have a place to park. The events to gather the residents have been a nice part of living here.

    I love it here, it is very quiet and the staff is wonderful I've worked with Diana, Monica, and Ray (maintenance) so far and they are all awesome. The office staff is very responsive and helpful and the maintenance team handles problems very fast and in full!

    I love having my assigned parking spot. I like having the washer and dryer in my apartment, too. The package room needs to be checked periodically- I often find open packages and have to search the entire room for my packages.

    The complex has a great staff. The maintenance people come promptly whenever there is an issue. The walls are thick enough where you can’t hear your neighbors either which is always nice.

    I cannot rave enough about how amazing all of the staff is. Ray is always a rockstar, Martin is so sweet, love the girls in the office. The parties are super fun and a great way to connect with the community.

    Living here is nice. The best part is having an assigned parking spot in the indoor garage. I don’t need to worry about finding a place to park my car. Ray is a super maintenance man- he never fails to repair whatever needs fixing. The central a/c is a nice plus. I especially enjoy using the island space in the kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment makes keeping up with laundry easy. Martin keeps the building looking nice.
