August 29, 2025Living here is nice. The best part is having an assigned parking spot in the indoor garage. I don’t need to worry about finding a place to park my car. Ray is a super maintenance man- he never fails to repair whatever needs fixing. The central a/c is a nice plus. I especially enjoy using the island space in the kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment makes keeping up with laundry easy. Martin keeps the building looking nice.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2025The staff are very friendly and punctual. Aside from the noise of the construction outside and others it’s nice. The pet owners could be much more responsible leashing their dogs and cleaning up after themselves in the common areas but that’s hardly the building’s fault. The staff definitely do their best to help curtail the messiness of some of the less courteous tenants. That’s a rare and nice thing. Good spot.Property Manager Responded
