It’s been a pleasure to work with Lila. She was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and helped us in the decision to pick the right apartment. Lila was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process.
Ray was very friendly and on top of everything and made sure all the keys worked. He was very knowledgeable on all things 130’West!
Christopher assisted in ensuring all minor repairs were done immediately and did it with a smile and friendly nature.

I’d rate my apartment community 5 out of 5 stars. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities like the gym and common areas are clean and rarely overcrowded. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, which is a big plus. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located near shops and public transportation. I recently moved into West 130 and have had a wonderful experience so far. The entire process was smooth, and Diana was incredibly helpful throughout my application and move-in. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy from start to finish.
Since moving in, I’ve really been enjoying the community and the amenities. I especially love having access to the gym. I’ve actually been using it every day, which has been a huge plus. The building itself is well maintained, and I ...
feel very safe and comfortable living here, which was really important to me when choosing a new place to live.
I’m also really looking forward to the pool opening this season, it’s going to be such a great addition during the warmer months.

I love having my assigned parking spot. I like having the washer and dryer in my apartment, too. The package room needs to be checked periodically- I often find open packages and have to search the entire room for my packages.
