The proximity to a grocery store and an amazing park was just one reason I chose West 38th. The staff here goes above and beyond. Things in the area that were important to me, Safeway next door, Starbucks next door, Walgreens up the street and a BIG park Crown Hill Park tons of open space, trails and restrooms - less than 5 minutes down the road. A great place to get out to for walks, biking etc. There are ...several restaurants in the area as well. A Target is only 3.2 miles down the road if that is important. You can walk across the street from the complex and there is a small park and a school with lots of space to walk your furry friend. Overall this place is great if you do not want to overpay for similar complexes in the area but still be close to Denver and the foothills.Read More

My vehicle has had two separate instances of attempted theft, and items taken from my vehicle on 3 separate occasions.
