I’ve never had any issues with anyone and any maintenance issues I’ve had within my unit were taken care of immediately with communication from the office and maintenance team. Trash Valet Service: When it works, the trash valet service is convenient, helping residents manage their waste with ease. Negatives: 1. Noise Issues: The removal of carpets and lack of proper soundproofing between floors result in significant noise issues. Hardwood floors exacerbate the noise, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful environment. 2. Inexperienced Office Staff: The office staff lacks experience in managing a large property or proper training, leading to inefficiencies and frustrations for residents. 3. Inconsistent Trash Valet Service: The trash valet service is inconsistent, which can be inconvenient for residents relying on it. 4.
