Disappointed I called about my sink, gurgling because of my neighbor doing his dishwasher and I didn't know if it would become a problem since my sink has already flooded my living room before, but I never received a call and I never received someone at the door first time I've ever been really disappointed. Maybe next time, they'll all be better. Thank you.

Maintenance Request 4 stars because we were not informed when someone would be fixing our dryer. They also did not follow our stated directions of contact prior to entering our apartment to our knowledge (no call or email). I suggest sending emails or texts when the maintenance request was picked up by a staff member, and when it will be started. Other than that, it was quick and our dryer was fixed. Thanks!
