Not a good experience
September 28, 2023These apartment buildings are built really poorly. The walls are paper thin, and the exterior interior is aged. The exterior has paint peeling off, the interior has outdated cabinets and appliances. My carpet has next to no padding, very poor quality.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment complex in the Elkhorn area!
May 15, 2019I am living at the West Hampton Park apartments. I moved here about 15 months ago. The apartments are nice and well maintained, and quite reasonable in price for this area. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained too. I have not had any issues with noise from the other apartments around me either. I would recommend West Hampton Park apartments to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live, especially for the price
May 14, 2019These are very nice apartments to live in. Sometimes my neighbors upstairs can be a bit loud, but it's one very minor problem next to many positives. The people in the office are kind and helpful, and the price for the apartments is top notch in a high rent part of Omaha. Easy access to Dodge St for commuting all over the city. Excellent place to live!
September 23, 2015I love living in west Hampton park apartments! No issues, great neighbors, very maintained. It is located in a great, very safe area. Rent is extremely affordable - especially for the quality of apartments you're living in! Very orderly and very clean. Maintenance is no issue here, and the landlords are very nice, very willing to help people. West Hampton Park Apartment
August 1, 2015This apartment complex is incredible. I just moved in about a month ago and havent had any problems. When i have gone to the leasing office someone is availible to help me right away. The neighbors are very nice and you cant hear any noise from the neighbors. It is minutes from shopping.
