I have a lot of sunlight being on the end. Overall, it does feel like home now! I just wish the hallway stairs could be cleaned or carpeted or something. They don't look good at all! The exterior has paint peeling off, the interior has outdated cabinets and appliances. My carpet has next to no padding, very poor quality.Property Manager Responded

The apartments are nice and well maintained, and quite reasonable in price for this area. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained too. The people in the office are kind and helpful, and the price for the apartments is top notch in a high rent part of Omaha. Easy access to Dodge St for commuting all over the city.
