Nice look - little safety - added cost too
February 17, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe property is beautiful, however there are things that happen here that is kept silent from residents. The office staff is nice, but they aren't open with a lot which seems to be for various reasons. Gates don't always work and the lack of security doesn't help. Charges are also going up for trash per person instead of unit. Saying "internet/cable is included" is misleading because it's additional to the basic rent along with valet trash, water and sewer. Even during the non-forseen storms here in the Lake Charles, LA area West M have been there for their residents needs and service.
