West Oaks apartment worst management
August 11, 2017Worst management. I have never seen person working in leasing office and management. They create their own rules, when ever they want for their convince so they don't have to work. Advertise as newly renovated apartments but almost everything is broken or not working. Have to call maintenance all the time and half the time they don't fix the issue and close your request without even fixing the issue. Stay away from this apartments. They just want money one or other way.Property Manager Responded

(2016 CAA Award) And West Park Villas, both landmark apartment homes in the Antelope Valley. We are known and recognized for exceptional service and maintenance. West Oaks is now a part of the First Pointe Family, alongside Park West and West Park. Expect great service, competitive leasing rates, and a beautiful interior renovation!

West Oaks apartment management is without any morales
May 10, 2017Apartment complex is nice and quiet. Apartments are being remodeled at the expense of all the current tenants. All tenants are being asked to leave for 45 days and they can return at $300 more a month. There is no compensation for the inconvenience. They are not concerned about the anything other than obtaining a large rent increase. When tenants ask to use their deposit towards final rent they are denied and told the building will sue. All of this knowing that deposit doesn't apply since ...they gutting the apartments anyway. This is not a building I would ever stay in cause if it happens once it will happen again. Unless you want to find yourself homeless without any assistance avoid this apartment at all costs.Property Manager Responded
