Great service
July 8, 2025Came in to apply and was greeted my Lynn and tour was pleasant very nice trees and greenery. Property very well kept for its age. What was the most impressive was was the manager Anne I believe she was very customer service driven and seem to know the area VERY well….. In addition she explained the application process and made it seem so easy.Loved that when I asked for a east facing unit she was able to tell me the units that face east as well as exactly what my view would be. For such a large ...property very impressive. Would have rented however no 2 or 3 bedrooms in my area of move in…. Will keep this gem in my back pocket for sure.. Horrible apartment complex
June 15, 2024Apartments are old and everything is falling apart (don’t let cosmetic fixes fool you) and the management and maintenance people are unbelievably incompetent. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking and snoring like they are in the apartment with you. The hallways are filthy and never cleaned but you will be charged a monthly cleaning fee. More than half of the laundry machines have been broken for over a year. There are constant car break ins. The apartment borders a gang ...neighborhood with frequent shootings. Stay Away! Please don't rent!
November 28, 2022Nightmare management team, worst manager and completely incompetent. Stayed for over 5 years, initial management was good but the current management is the worst I have seen, Took good care of unit, sent bill for around $2100 after moving out for "Partial Paint" and "Carpet Replacement" without any explanation given. Made several attempts to contact the landlord/manager through phone calls and emails and was not responded to once over course of 30 days. Excellent apartment to rent
November 5, 2022Hi, I have been living in West Park Apartments for almost 19 years, and I like this place very much. It is clean and peaceful, and conveniently located. The place has a nice-managed view with trees and grass, like in the park. It has a great swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym center. My 1-bedroom apartment is large enough, it is conveniently designed, has a large balcony and a few spacious wall closets. A kitchen is separated by a wall from living room. November 4, 2022So happy I moved to my 2BR/2BA West Park apartment in July 2022. The property is well maintained. The landscaping with mature trees, green grass & flowers is uplifting & lovely. At my move-in all carpet and walnut wood veneer flooring was NEW. The windows are well insulated for Summer heat and Winter cold. All rooms were freshly painted. Newly installed "lightly used" clean appliances were provided & in very good working order. Even a NEW standard height toilet was installed in my Master Bath. ...The Maintenance Team is very responsive & professional. And I so enjoy my large beautiful, breezy balcony overlooking the trees & flowers. And my clean covered carport space & storage is just 15 steps down from my apartment. Horrible complex
February 6, 2021Nightmare management team, completely incompetent. Poorly built units, can hear all your neighbors. Were large gatherings in courtyards with people not wearing masks several times a week. Multiple drive by shootings in neighborhood in less than a year and half living there. Took good care of unit, sent bill for $1700 after moving out for "Full Paint" which was only explanation given. Never lease to this community
May 18, 2020I stayed there for six month and left the apartment very clean and i was expecting the good refund amount but got surprised after seeing the refund amount , they have deducted the Carpet cleaning fee of $100 when the apartment doesn't have carpet and on top of it they have deducted 190$ for entire unit clean even though keeping the unit very clean , also deducted 100$ for damages when there is no damages has been done. , poor management , never lease to this community they are fooling the ...peopleRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excited and ready to move in... :/
January 31, 2017I toured the complex, and was shown multiple 1 bedrooms by a nice lady named Bobby. We had the applications ready and then Bobby told me we both needed to be present to sign the lease during the weekday. I explained to her our situation (my boyfriend works in the medical field) and that we would only be able to come in on a Saturday. She was very nice and professional and said she would ask the manager. The next morning I called back and another lady answered (I had to re explain everything). She ...said there was no way they could have us sign a lease on a Saturday. I told her my situation, and still it was a "no". This was ludicrous! She offered no solutions, no options such as emailing back and forth. She seemed completely fine getting rid of a prospective client! If the service is like that from the beginning, I am SO GLAD we did not sign the lease to begin with. Affordable West Park
August 21, 2015The apartments at West Park are a lot more 'affordable' than others in the area, but at a bit of a small cost. Each apartment includes only one covered parking spot, even the three-bedroom units. Every additional spot is an extra $45 a month. They complex appears to be in a gated community, but the gates at the front never actually close, so anyone can really come in. The surrounding neighborhood can often be quite loud during late hours, and very early hours on the weekends as well. The complex ...does include a small fitness center with a clubhouse next to the pool and hot-tub. Next to the Mailbox there is a recycle bin to sort out your junk mail at.
