Not quiet, loud neighbors. Drugs and drug dealer around that live in the apartments. They roam around all hours of the day and night. they apartment has one who runs a laundry cleaning service. They have a lot of drunks and drug users living there and they hang out wherever and all hours day and night. There are 2 or 3 apartments running a nightly eat shower and party all night, loud music, loud talk, washer and dryer running day and night. loud music weed smoking cigarette smoking drinking in ...
