Long term resident
November 13, 2021I really liked this place when I moved in 3+ years ago. It had started declining with the new management though. Pets are now allowed which sometimes adds a grossness level (I've seen poop in thw hallways a couple of times) and it was originally a reason why I moved in here as no pets were allowed then. There is absolutely someone who smokes a few apartments down and it reeks, thankfully it is not every day. The drier system you do have to dry your clothes twice no matter what (even with a ...small load of kitchen towels and socks. I think in all the years here I could count on 2 hands how many times it has only taken 1 dry. Rent goes up every renew and now this time around we will also be paying water. The balcony door is drafty in winter so we prop towels up against the door. There is a permanent stain of brown water stuff between the balcony door panes of glass from winter time. The water layer was about 2 inches deep in the pane of glass during winter and you can't get it out. You have to wait for it to do it over time. It is at least a quiet place to live and the hot tub is cleaned every week. I definately miss how it was when I first moved in, the old gentleman who took care of it was a sweetheart. They also didn't Nickel and dime us.Property Manager Responded

west ridge apartments wonderful place to live
September 30, 2020I was deployed to Grand Forks AFB I rented an apt from west ridge and I must say that my entire stay was wonderful the staff was friendly and very polite maintenance was always available if I needed something fixed in my unit. The property was well kept very clean my neighbors were friendly very pleasant west ridge is located to right off the expressway next to all major stores. I enjoyed my stay I give them 5 starsProperty Manager Responded
