The unit we have open 11/2 is in an 8-family building next to West Ridge. They are 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. They include heat, hot water and cooking gas. Recently remodeled it has stainless steel appliances and Included is one parking space (no garages at this property). We permit pet cats and certain other caged animals, just not pet dogs. There is a storage unit and laundry in the basement $1.75 per load. For the rest of West Ridge we do not have any openings, but you can apply for the wait list.     QUIET WITH PARK-LIKE SETTING

The apartment is very spacious and has an attached garage with a private entrance which was a definite plus in helping us decide to live here.     What a lovely location and lovely community to find what you need in a rental. The amenities offered are exactly what I need. I love the attached garage to protect my vehicle in inclement weather as well as the in apartment laundry; two necessities that helped me narrow down the perfect place to live. The floor plan is spacious and the closets space is plentiful for storage not wanted in the garage. I am so pleased with the communication efforts of Tina and Jeremy to provide routine maintenance ...

It just speaks to the care invested in the property I call home. The snow removal has been nothing but a smooth and timely in the winter and the lawn maintenance is well cared for from Spring to Fall. I love that the location as its easy to access the bypass and walking distance to a grocery store. Equally , it's a lovely walk to downtown to enjoy the parks and restaurants of Burlington.

    With a spacious living area and a beautiful kitchen space this apartment is great for a couple or a small family looking for an affordable loving area. Cats are welcome, declawed or not and small dogs are acceptable as well. The apartments have central air, dishwashers, washer and drier in the unit and beautiful bathrooms, making these apartments the perfect little self-contained haven.
