They’re always willing to help and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care really make a difference.     I have lived at West River Apts since 2012 and I absolutely love Romelis! She really does go above and beyond to help residents. Anytime I have an issue she is quick to respond and address our concerns. By far the best service I've received since I've been here.

    I recently toured West River Apartments and had an excellent experience! The property was nice and tidy, the units were spacious with a lot of storage space and the amenities were more than expected. Romelis, the Property Manager, was so informative—she walked me through the entire leasing process and gave me a great sense of the area.     Just recently moved from new york and Romelis (property manager) made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. Any issues I had with the apartment, were minor and addressed in timely manner. So far, no issues with the property itself and any events involving the property are always communicated through email or tenant notifications within the building. All in all, its been an awesome experience and I appreciate everyone's work in making this my new home!

    We have lived here for 9 months and love it! They do a great job maintaining the building and any problems are fixed quickly. Having lived in other apartments in the area, I can say that the upkeep of the building and overall experience is 10/10.

    Romelis, Brandon, Ricardo and Vicky are excellent! They are always willing to help us out with whatever we need. We moved from out of state, and maintenance were so helpful assisting the movers during our move in (never had that before). Vicky maintains the building nice and tidy. Romelis made the entire moving in process really simple. The gift basket upon moving in was incredibly considerate and greatly appreciated. Not to mention how much fun the Resident Summer Social was!     I love it here! Ms. Romelis is very attentive to the property. Yes there can be things that can be improved. However, overall it has been a great experience. Maintenance men Brandon & Ricardo are always one call away and are very diligent in making sure they leave the place clean after any repair. In my past experiences at other places, maintenance would do the work and just leave the mess for me to clean up.     The "gated community" has had a broken, non-working gate for over a year. The pool was not opened this past summer. The elevator has been broken for months, and breaks down frequently (with or without people in it). When this occurs, it requires you to walk up 3 flights of stairs, that is IF the stairwell is open--otherwise, you are walking all of the way around the building to get inside, every time. The fire alarm is insane and goes off constantly. Packages are stolen from the mail room. ...

    I have been here for one year as of January and Ms. Romelis the third property manager that has come in within the first year of my stay. She hit the ground running with purpose trying to make West River the best place to live. She has been consistent with email updates and is on top of issues regarding the maintenance of the property and doing her best to get them resolved.
