May 5, 2025This is a relatively nice complex. The noise level is usually pretty good. Sometimes there will be loud music playing or kids running in the halls. Maintenance is great! The view outside is beautiful. I think the biggest thing that needs improvement is cleanliness. The hallways are usually dirty. If something is spilled it won’t get cleaned up for days sometimes. The lawn outside is always full of dog poop and sometimes the sidewalk too.Review from Apartments.com

April 21, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it’s been a pretty good experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, public transport, and a few nice restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is decent in size and gets good natural light. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a reasonable time. It’s relatively quiet, though you might occasionally hear neighbors. The building feels safe, and the staff is friendly.
