Not in good shape
February 23, 2021Toured the 3 bedroom apartment. Kitchen is old & tiny. And had a strange smell. I think it was roaches. $250 credit check for 2 adults!Review from Apartments.com
Frustrating
January 20, 2021NO amenities except for a gym with 2 pieces of equipment that is not even open for use. No dishwasher, disposal, playground, pool, working (or clean) washers/dryers. Rent has been raised with no upgrades to the property. Staff never on site and unreachable for emergencies by phone.Review from Apartments.com
Not suitable for non-smokers
October 5, 2016Staff is friendly. However, there is no community club house as the page states, which is somewhat disappointing. The 24 hour emergency maintenance service is unique meaning if they (property manager and maintenance) don’t believe it is an emergency, maintenance will come out, but you will be charged $75.00, which will be added in next month rent. Lastly, for those who don’t smoke your apartment and clothes will smell like cigarette smoke, which is disgusting to say the least. -Current Resident, ...which will be leaving once the lease is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
