August 12, 2025It’s been great living here. The amenities are nice! Everything is new! The staff is wonderful! The residents are friendly and welcoming. They have community events here so the residents have a chance to mingle and meet one another. Although, I wish they would schedule some of the community events on weekends so the people that work weekday evenings can attend. This is a nice place to live. July 30, 2025So far so good! Internet cuts off at weird times. I wish the Internet had more bandwidth and the wireless connection didn't drop so easily. When I walked to my bedroom from the living room it will drop.Property Manager Responded

July 12, 2025overall, it's a nice place to live clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, the management can be overly strict at times, with rules that feel a bit excessive or rigid. November 11, 2024Recently toured the community with my wife! Beautiful amenities love how all the community is brand new something you cannot find in the city of poway! I really like how not all the amenities are just in one building, they are separated which makes it fun and enjoyable for evening walks without having to leave the community. They have garages and storages which is extremely convenient. This community is on top of my list as I will be moving soon! Highly recommend to tour! Thank you Aure for ...explaining everything in detail and being patient with us! I did not feel rushed at all when touring, thanks again Aure! Overall, the community is new and have high end amenities! Love the gas stoves and the fact that they are brand new!Property Manager Responded
