Overall we love this community. All of the staff and management are great and easy to work with. They keep the place very nice and clean which is important as more tenants come. The only thing I think needs improvement is the pet park is fake grass and it smells horrendous, I refuse to use or go near it because the stench is horrid I think it should be real grass so that way the stink doesn't stay because essentially fake grass is like carpet and just absorbing all the urine. Hopefully the new ...
let park will also be real grass. Other than that it's been great and we renewed our lease here.

I relocated to the San Diego area from the state of Kansas. When I first stepped foot inside of my apartment, the WOW factor was 1,000! This is an excellent community that I look forward to enjoying!

It’s been great living here. The amenities are nice! Everything is new! The staff is wonderful! The residents are friendly and welcoming. They have community events here so the residents have a chance to mingle and meet one another. Although, I wish they would schedule some of the community events on weekends so the people that work weekday evenings can attend. This is a nice place to live. I feel safe here.

So far so good! Internet cuts off at weird times. I wish the Internet had more bandwidth and the wireless connection didn't drop so easily. When I walked to my bedroom from the living room it will drop.
