Dog do all over the place, grass dead around the entry ways from all the dog wee.
Birds nesting in the eaves means lice infestations along with the noise.
Pass this place up unless you want to live in a kennel with a bird cage outside every window.

I visited the project on Saturday, the first thing I see is a resident leaving the pile their dog had just dropped.
I park the car an start walking around the buildings, noticed the grass was dead around the entrances from dog pee and piles of poop.
Was startled by birds fighting over the hole in the eaves for nesting rights.
So with the kennel smell and the lice infested birds living in the eaves I'll look elsewhere for a home.

I have live here since July and have to say that it has been the best place I've lived thanks to Tiffany in the office! She always is quick to help when we need something!!!!

They don't have a pool

They don't have a pool or game room or game room, they said that they would put in a weight room and that hasn't happened yet. I've been there for three years.

Nice set ups, and a lot of room. walking distance to stores. Maintenence is really good with keeping up with things that are needed to be fixed. They are really good to work with you if you are late on rent.
