Recently moved in and felt obligated to share that so far everything has been great! The property is in excellent condition, inside and out. The team has been responsive and easy to reach whenever we needed something. Really appreciate the level of communication and support.

We had set up an appointment to take a tour of a possible home to rent. Everything was confirmed on their end and we were told we would be met at the office. (Which was unlocked and completely abandoned.)
We waited 30 minutes and NO ONE showed up.
I called, texted and emailed all the contacts I was given and all I got in response was AI Slop.
NOT A SINGLE HUMAN EVER INTERACTED WITH ME. It was ALL handled by AI.
Repetitive texts that said the same thing over and over with no actual responses, ...
the voicemail told me the office was closed, and the email responses I got were canned answers, fake empathy and completely AI. I got the "I'm so sorry you had a bad experience..." email twice.
Unless you speak face to face with a human, don't trust any communication with this company.
