January 26, 2026Great so far! Beautiful building and apartment, lobby with package room and friendly staff, unbelievable location. A bit noisy early AM and the electric heat and always-on bathroom fan take some getting used to, and some appliances were a bit scraped up upon move in, hopefully will be addressed. Otherwise seems like an amazing place to live. I wish there was not a waiting list for onsite parking, but I'll get a spot eventually.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Every day since I moved in, I've been discovering new things in the area that support so many of my goals and interests. Love the fact that there are gymnastics rings in the gym because I've been training in calisthenics. The location is amazing. Everything I need is within 15 minutes of walking. The media room!!! November 29, 2025Absolutely wonderful leasing team and concierge team. They are extremely respectful and they get back to you immediately. In addition the maintenance staff team is out of this world amazing and they always follow up if they need to for anyone looking to lease an apartment in Quincy I highly recommend the west of Chestnut there’s a reason why they are at a 98% occupancy rate consistently… I am grateful that I was able to get an apartment here and I don’t plan on moving anytime in the near future.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025Amenities need an update. Common spaces are not very clean. Elevators routinely smell like trash, urine or dog. Security is lacking. However, leasing office is very nice. Location is good and pricing is fair for area.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025Some amenities don’t always work (I.e trash chute or buzzer system) and we’ve had quite a few experiences with the fire alarms going off in our building, but overall we enjoy living in this community.Property Manager Responded
