Fantastic place Good location in Chitown, a little noisy sometimes, but for me, that was the price I paid for being at the core of the city. The crew is fantastic and is responsive to the package deliveries, which we understand as the biggest challenge. If the rent price and buyout were a little lower, this place would be unbeatable.

Tour with Izzy My husband and I took the tour with Izzy, and she was absolutely amazing. The place is also fantastic and would certainly suit our needs. However, we’ve decided not to move to the downtown area and will stay in Lincoln Park instead. But we loved getting to know the building and knowing that this opportunity exists in the area.
