April 12, 2026Viví el año más desastroso de mi vida en ese lugar me fui antes, ni siquiera el año porque decidí pagar 3 meses antes de cumplir mi contrato porque no me aguanté la infestación de las cucarachas y los olores a podrido que salían del apartamento vecino a pesar de que busqué miles de recursos para que me ayudaran la administración nunca hizo nada, no lo recomiendo y que no le pase a nadie mas!!!Property Manager Responded

March 19, 2026The apartments themselves are a good starter home or even a single living household. However, it is made difficult to get information when the person in the leasing office is as clueless as you are. Two of the ladies I have spoken with in the past were as helpful as they could be, by giving me the information I requested or in simply asking for time to get the information. On the other hand, the other lady( I’m pretty sure she is the receptionist) was very rude. She rarely was able to tell me the ...information needed, she was unprepared, and if she would tell you she would get back to you it could be a week before you heard anything.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2026I like my apartment. For the most part, the neighbors are ok. The maintenance crew is great! I'm concerned as we get into warmer weather, people abusing the pool rules, having parties and LOUD music with huge speakers.Property Manager Responded
