However, it is made difficult to get information when the person in the leasing office is as clueless as you are. Two of the ladies I have spoken with in the past were as helpful as they could be, by giving me the information I requested or in simply asking for time to get the information. On the other hand, the other lady( I’m pretty sure she is the receptionist) was very rude.
